Our Needs
Volunteer Opportunities
A staff of volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses, and medical and dental assistants address basic, acute medical and dental needs for the uninsured, underserved and medically indigent in our community. A health crisis can be devastating—both emotionally and financially—especially for those with limited resources. KCCC was created to reduce the physical, emotional and financial burdens for the medically underserved in our area.
Integral to the success of KCCC are our volunteers and donors. KCCC is dependent on the kindness and sacrifice of others who feel called to lend their time, talents and gifts to reach those fortunate. In addition to the medical professionals, individuals donate their time in administrative, management, scheduling, accounting, finance, fund raising, grant writing, marketing, legal and review of medical policies. Spiritual and prayer support are provided to patients upon request.
The KCCC volunteers endeavor to provide care in an environment of professionalism, respect, compassion and consistency. Future services offered through the Care Center are limited only by the vision and commitment of volunteers willing to meet needs.

Dr. Jon Erickson
Jon has been serving the care center for the past year and believes that one of the best things about our work is the care and attention given to those that may not receive it elsewhere in society. "God has provided me with an education and a career. It is my responsibility to return some of those gifts in the form of helping those that need help. Plus, it’s just the right thing to do."
